As rspec-puppet breaks with puppet 4.0.0 (see rodjek/rspec-puppet#663),
I propose to drop tests and support for puppet 4.0.0

The module still works, if its just the rspec that fails I think it would make more sense to just pin rpsec-puppet to 2.6.9, or whichever last known good version works for puppet 4.0.0

Thanks for that @jfroche - thats merged - I'm re-running the other tests and will try and get the remainng PR's (most of them yours! :-)) merged shortly and 3.5.0 relased. Thanks for all the contributions!
