To send the VpnHood Client diagnosis report, please follow these steps:
Click the menu button, represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
From the menu options, select "Diagnose."
Try to work with your network, such as browsing somewhere and reproducing the issue, then disconnect the VpnHood.
A report will be automatically generated.
Send the report or open the report and email its content. support@vpnhood.com.
👉 If you send the report and want to follow up, you need to include the report reference number in your email.
