@purva-thakre Going through the settings just creates these files. IOW, I don't think it's necessary to do this via settings (although one can), alternatively, simply creating the appropriate files in the .github should be equivalent. Feel free to either commadere this PR or close it out right. It's up to you!

I can't preview the md formatting of these templates in a PR build or locally. I'll make edits directly in the master branch because that's where the preview option is easily accessible.
