[Urgent] Partial refund + improvements on admin area

From the previous pull request, partial return requests can no longer be placed.
Because the products no longer have selectedQuantity, the totalPrice field is null.

I fixed that +

• Cache-control: no-cache on middlewares
• Get requests method has been changed to searchDocumentsWithPaginationInfo
• Navigation has been added in admin area to keep users on the same page when they open a request

Version 2.10.1 → 2.11.0

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.return-app@2.11.0

After that your app will be updated on all accounts.
