[API ERROR] Update returns schema + fix binding

Older return requests that do not have sequenceNumber can no longer be updated via the API.

This PR contains also the changes from #42

Version 2.12.0 → 2.13.0

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.return-app@2.13.0

After that your app will be updated on all accounts.
