Description

What has been done:

  • the rule has been removed from the recommended config
  • the rule has been marked as deprecated in the rule config itself
  • the documentation has been updated to describe why the rule has been deprecated. I used the same description as the eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y and open-wc docs are using
