getPopupContainer doesn't work on tree select

Steps to reproduce

1. click the tree select input and see the dropdown
2. inspect dropdown element in the dev tool and find dropdown is not in the .app element.

What is expected?

tree select dropdown should be in the .app element when inspecting dropdown element in the dev tool

What is actually happening?

tree select dropdown is not in the .app element when inspecting dropdown element in the dev tool
