select在mode为tags时的空值问题

Steps to reproduce

1. select设置mode为tags
2. 点击选择器，并随意输入内容
3. 点击任意位置使菜单关闭

What is expected?

输入的内容清空，已选中项无变化

What is actually happening?

输入的内容清空了，但是已选中项中多了一个空值
