fix release notes for v.0.6.0: missing breaking change

could you maybe include this change in release notes for 0.6.0?

@antfu there is no mention of the changes to watchEffect, only the changes to watch options, two different things here.
please check the PR I linked in the first line.

the function actually implmenets watchEffect as intended --> (immediately invoked)
this change alone was breaking to a project, and we had to make sure we are tackling the now-immediate watchEffect with data that is only available on mounting

i can't request changes to releases/tag/0.6.0.

i think it needs to align with CHANGELOG.md
