Please disregard the teleport component, it's part of another issue: #2047 .
Steps to reproduce
since c0427b4 (rc.10) I noticed some scoped styles are not working anymore on my app. The repro shows that when you have comments nodes it messes with scoped styles, where it was working on rc.9

scoped styles should be applied
