Steps to reproduce

Clone repository and start Vue
Click "Toggle Visibility" 3-4 times

What is expected?

Div should be inserted to the correct dom.

What is actually happening?

The node before which the new node is to be inserted is not a child of this node.

@yyx990803 I'm still running into this issue in alpha.2 with a simple v-else:

<input id="role-input" v-model="user.role" />
<div id="else">
      <div v-if="user.role === 'ADMIN'">
        <h2>Admin</h2>
      </div>
      <div v-else>
        <h2 id="hello">Hello</h2>
      </div>
      <div id="other">other</div>
</div>

Note that removing div#other makes it work again.
