Enable prettier for vscode formatting #207

By default, VSCode uses its own formatting tool to format javascript and typescript files. These changes force VSCode to use Prettier.

This is especially useful for devs who have already selected VSCode's formatting tool as their default tool.

prettier runs when you commit.

@pikax yes this is already great ! However, if like me you use different formatters on different projects, I have to switch between them. And IMO, a dev should see its code formatted when he codes within his editor :)
