Thanks for the PR and sorry for letting it sit for so long. As of now, we are no longer adding new features of vue-cli 2.x, so I am closing this PR. Again, thanks for the contribution. |

Issue: EMFILE: too many open files" on Windows while running build on large project
graceful-fs functions as a drop-in replacement for the fs module, making various improvements.
The improvements are meant to normalize behavior across different platforms and environments, and to make filesystem access more resilient to errors.
