French translation

Hi, I started the fr translation for the project documentation.

I see we have done a translation in same time: #16

I invit you to continue translation together on the official FR https://github.com/vuejs-fr/vue-ssr-docs/ repository of French Vue-FR team !

I will send you an invitation.

Process is simple:

• You fork vuejs-fr/vue-ssr-docs:working and you traduce page into en directory.
• Then you pull request to vuejs-fr/vue-ssr-docs:working and we review together with the team correction / wording / etc to kept the same translations and terms accross all Vue translation.
• After that your translation is reversed into fr directory to vuejs-fr/vue-ssr-docs:master.
• We test in local al translation produce a correct output
• We pull request vuejs/vue-ssr-docs:master with modifications only on fr directory as from [Doc FR] — All files — French Translation Done #16

Currently I invite you to merge your translation for README.md and basic.md with pull request vuejs-fr#1

and also close this pull request and provide all your work already done !
