I think as a built-in component, if the component can only contain code
blocks, it will seriously limit the scope of use of this component. I
think any valid markdown statement should be legal.
From the perspective of generality, the name of this component is more
appropriate to be called tabs > tab, rather than code-group > code-block.

It's certainly tempting to expand the scope of the component, but to keep the maintenance of the default theme possible, we think it's important to keep it focused on code only.
If you'd like to use the tab format for other content though, we'd recommend creating your own global component that is based on the CodeGroup component so you can customize it to your needs. Hope this helps!
