Current behavior

Problem with changing Qty of product in Cart - user can click on an arrow only once time (to click on it again, he must click on Edit for every time).

Expected behavior

User should has possibility to click on an arrow (for chaning Qty) as many times as it needs

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to the Cart, when user has at least one product inside.
  2. Click on Edit next to this product
  3. Try to click on arrow in field Qty at least two times
