Change Summary

Get the kernel version from the vyos-build/data/defaults.toml for the new build linux-kernel and related packages.
Return the original build-jool.py script

Add symlink from the original vyos-build/packages/linux-kernel/arch and vyos-build/packages/linux-kernel/patches
