Add tests on file schemas

Tests validate the structure returned by browserlib modules against dedicated schemas, but we don't currently have tests that check the "file" version of these schemas. These file schemas are used by Webref to validate the file extracts. They typically need to be updated when a breaking change is introduced in one of the browserlib schemas, and that's easy to miss in the absence of tests, see #1123.
