- moved the video before the text (note the video shows misleading info about permissionless management). it should be replaced with a newer video.

This section is not really important here in my opinion, links are useful within the text

Title of this section a bit odd, as it contains info that is useful at the beginning of the page. Whole content moved up in the "Why using a proxy" section.
