- Remove flaming fir docs as the network is no longer operating - Fix networks telemetry links (use genesis hash anchor) - Add Wococo testnet information - Add section recommending joining Wococo for testnet validators

Note: the command
polkadot --chain=wococois broken on version 0.9.42 but will be fixed on the next-release (0.9.43). I'm keeping this PR as draft while waiting for the release.
