Checkout only a single branch og the PHP source to reduce bandwidth
Fetch no history of the PHP source branch to speed up the download

Right now emcc throws an error, because the of open issue on Emscripten (emscripten-core/emscripten#10086)
Build only wasm + js as the html is not needed
