RFC: Transfer salt-lint to @warpnet

Introduction

The salt-lint project will be migrated to the @warpnet organization. This will allow both @jbouter, @roaldnefs and other @warpnet employees to be able to work on salt-lint on a regular basis.

Required Actions

Transferring the project will require some additional actions:

• Transfer salt-lint to @warpnet according to the official instructions "Transferring a repository".
• Add @warpnet and @jbouter as maintainer on PyPi.
• Update link in hbokh/awesome-saltstack (Update link of salt-lint to warpnet/salt-lint hbokh/awesome-saltstack#25).
• Update author in setup.py to @warpnet.
• Update PyPi token in .travis.yml to @warpnet.
• Update author in copyright notices to one of @warpnet.
• Update author README.rst to @warpnet.
• Update contributing instructions in CONTRIBUTING.rst to use the new repository link.
• Move CI pipeline, both Travis and Coveralls to @warpnet.

For now we might want to leave salt-lint-action on my account because GitHub actions in still in beta and I'm not sure if this will break the marketplace listing.
