Pretty interesting dataset, super cool of you all to release it -- thanks for sharing it with us!
I loaded it into postgres for some poking at out of curiosity and ran some counts and averages, and in the process noticed that Wisconsin's state code was in there as
wIrather than following the pattern of being in uppercase, like the other states are. Figured I'd pay it forward and run the%s/,wI,/,WI,/gto normalize that. Please merge if it's helpful or go ahead and close it if it's not.
