Hello,
I was looking for the ROI mapping for the NIfTI structures and noticed that the SNOMED-CT mapping was missing. While I came across the existing PR for the new mapping, I thought it would also be helpful to include CSV files for the names used in TotalSegmentator, specifically for the
totalandtotal_mrtasks.This PR adds the following files to the
resourcesfolder:totalsegmentator_total_mapping.csv- Contains the mapping of names for the total task.totalsegmentator_totalmr_mapping.csv- Contains the mapping of names for the total_mr task.These CSV files aim to help users quickly reference the names and their mappings for these tasks.
