ResponsiveGridView ItemTemplate and DataTemplate

Hello,

Please any directions on how to utilize the ResponsiveGridView?
I am using the ResponsiveGridView.cs, and I can reference to it in the XAML but can't figure out how to use the ItemTemplate and DataTemplate to fill in data.

Also, should I add more classes/ressources to get the ResponsiveGridView working fine. I am only using ResponsiveGridView.cs.
