Mac:

git clone git@github.com:watertree/dotthemes.git
mkdir ~/.themes
cd dotthemes
cp -Rf * ~/.themes
sudo rm /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
sudo rm -Rf /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/share/themes
