Change the endpoint to get Wazuh manager auth configuration

Description
We need to change the endpoint used to get the manager auth configuration. Currently we are using the agent's endpoint filtered by the manager ID: agents/000/auth/auth

But this has RBAC implications and should be changed to manager/configuration/auth/auth.
