Home overview cards font size is too big

Description
The text size of the Overview home section is now bigger than 4.7.3. We need to make the necessary style adjustments so the text in the cards is the same size as it was in 4.7.3.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Home
2. Check the size of the modules cards text

Expected Result

1. The text should have the same size as in 4.7.3

Actual Result

1. The text is bigger
