Can you please move this content into a separate doc and link it from various places instead?
There it'd be good to also say how to run Ignite on GCE (https://link.medium.com/lGyGRVxoiY), and maybe Packet for comparison.

Could you also link to this doc from say docs/README.md and the System requirements section in docs/installation.md? This would greatly help people wanting to test Ignite find it. 🙂

I did my setup on Packet t1.small.x86 which is $0.07/hr -- cheapest cloud setup I affirmatively knew supported KVM. Happy to add docs for that on top of the content in this PR. Installation is easy since it's bare metal 😄 I think DigitalOcean also supports nested KVM on droplets in certain regions, and Azure supports it on most of the v3 vm skus. I can definitely help doc testing platforms.
