We've got new maintainers

Also cc @palemtnrider @markramm Maybe Leigh can review Chanwit's work for a few days, rubberstamp his reviews, etc. (Lucas and Leigh have worked together extensively before.) Then we merge this PR? This would be a transparent governance change and we could use that as well for the next maintainers which come on board. Just a thought. |
