Please add support for DHCP & DNS

It would be great to have a DHCP server for weave network so that we don't have to remember the IP address assignment for individual container. Second feature is name resolution. Keeping track of IP addresses is a bit pain. Please provide DNS service so we can use names.

DHCP (or, more generally, MAC/IP assignment) is covered by #22. re DNS... we have something in the works. Meanwhile there should be nothing stopping you from deploying a DNS server inside a weave application network and point all application containers at it. You'll have to find a way to populate it though.
