Similar to weave ps, which prints out all the addresses assigned to running containers, there should be a way to get the addresses which have been weave exposed.

I wonder whether we can make this part of weave ps. This would be consistent with #375, i.e. for many purposes an exposed bridge looks just like a container on the weave network.

Also, I don't think we should get too hung up about showing exactly the addresses that have been exposed. We should just show the addresses of the weave bridge. Which could be different from what was 'expose'ed - if the user manipulated the bridge directly.
