ATM, if we want to refer to new features that have landed on master, we end up with URLs like http://docs.weave.works/weave/master/35211f65c9b357bdcf87e5f040739d608ee588f4/ipam.html, which is hideous and will got out of date rapidly.

We really want 'stable' URLs, such as http://docs.weave.works/weave/master/ipam.html.
