To build the omnibox/new-tab-search example, we need wasm-pack.

$ cd examples/omnibox/new-tab-search
$ wasm-pack build -t web --dev

and Cargo.toml need point to a relative path before web-extensions-rs/web-extensions-sys#45 be merged.

web-extensions-sys = {version = "0.4", path = "../web-extensions-sys"}
