1. execute yarn install in root dir
2. execute npm run build in package-a
3. check the error output in the console

You do not need to do add pluginSass({ exclude: /.scss/}) and assetsInclude: /\.scss$/.

The best way to avoid transform less\scss to css in bundleless mode is:

      copy: [{ from: "**/*.scss", context: path.join(__dirname, "src") }],
    },

1. Set source.entry to ignore scss file
2. Set output.copy to copy scss file to output folder
3. Set redirect.style to false to disable redirecting the import path of the style file
