Fix typos in documentation files

This PR fixes several typos across various documentation files:

• index.md: Fixed punctuation and grammar errors.
• events_listening.md: Corrected spelling and grammar.
• tips_and_tricks.md: Fixed minor typos and inconsistent terminology.
• index.md: Addressed spelling mistakes.

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Checklist:

• I have selected the correct base branch.
• I have performed a self-review of my own code.
• I have commented my code, particularly in hard-to-understand areas.

• My changes generate no new warnings.

While there is a list of good first issues, all of them have already been assigned. Feel free to check back in a few weeks to see if new issues are available!
