Description: Video livestream becomes pixelated. Laptop specs: Firefox Browser beta 103.0b6, Edge Browser version 103.0.1264.49, Windows 11 Home edition version 22H2 OS build 22622.290, Intel i7-9750H processor 2.60 GHz with 12 MB of cache, Intel UHD graphics 31.0.101.1999, 8GB DDR4 memory, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB GDDR5 graphics card driver version 516.40 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22632.1000.0 ASUS TUF Gaming laptop model TUF505FT-AH73
Steps to Reproduce:
Video livestream became pixelated after playing for over 11 minutes.
