Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. I was able to scroll up/down the page.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 105.0a1 (🦎 105.0a1-20220807070028), Firefox Beta 104.0b4 (🦎 104.0-20220804185707)
Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 12) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Reporter, could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again? Also if there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings.
