Description: Printing only prints one page on mac or pc. Works correctly in Google Chrome.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tried this on multiple computers and VM's.
Made sure I was using latest version of Firefox 104.0.1 (64-bit) tried on both mac and pc platform. Result is the same only prints one page and doesn't see the remaining 3 pages. In Chrome I see and can print 4 pages of the document.

Operating System: Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7

@sstreeter Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?
