Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play
Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:
Amazon Prime Video Movies not streamable after Firefox update
Installed Chrome and streamable there
Did not make any other changes on the system other than installing updates

Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me the videos play (DRM content enabled).

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 106.0a1 (2022-09-16), Firefox Release 104.0.2
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.2

Reporter, could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again? Also if there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings.

prime video still not working for me, I guess I will open another issue with details
Issue is only with primevideo, disney hotstar and other OTTs work fine for me

I have no adblocker
No changes made to default config settings
I did clear cookies etc, if uninstalling and reinstalling the browser counts as that?
Would the next install use previous cache/cookies? could be, so I retried with clearing data/cookies manually
I cleared all cookies and site data, still no luck with streaming primevideo on firefox

I turned off enhnaced protection for primevideo
I use standard tracking protection policy

@shaleenbathla there was an issue in Bugzilla related to Prime videos: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1612407

It could be related to drivers. Could you give it a try with the solution posed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1612407#c1?
