Problem type: Something else
Description: the wrong Youtube Shorts video plays
Steps to Reproduce:
When selecting a Youtube Shorts video, a different video plays. From a different youtube channel. They played video appears to be random. This happens with many/most Youtube Shorts videos. The problem does not occur with Chrome

Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue.

Note:

  1. Chrome plays the correct selected short video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/zNUdXJsdym8, while Firefox plays a random shot video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/hM-9V5TzJkE
  2. Selecting the same video from the list, the second time the correct video is played on Firefox.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-10-09), Firefox Release 105.0.3
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

I can confirm this is fixed, the correct video is displayed.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-10-16)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
