URL: https://mail.yahoo.com

Browser / Version: Samsung Internet 18.0
Operating System: Android 12
Tested Another Browser: Yes Firefox

Problem type: Something else
Description: My Firefox App will not open Yahoo mail. My other apps have no problem. I am in Europe and and have stricter data privacy permissions. But when I try to sign onto Yahoo and other sites, the Google data permission window pops up or simply cuts me off.
Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to sign on to Yahoo mail. I got a message that Firefox couldn't connect. I tried to sign on to us.yahoo.com. I got the same message.

After a few tries, I got the the Google data consent page (in German). I tried saying no to as much as I could. I repeatedly got the Google data consent page.

I checked the internet to see if if Google had bought Yahoo. They did not. There was articles about Google redirecting to Yahoo, but nothing about the reverse happening.

If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?
