Steps to Reproduce:
while playing multi video's in different tabs, some flames skipped or pause slightly, and I can't hear its sound smoothly.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Playing videos in multiple tabs at one causes performance issues, which are more visible on the audio part of videos.

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 106.0.2 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 108.0a1 (2022-10-31) (64-bit) /Chrome Version Version 107.0.5304.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.
