Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.
4. The cookie policy can be accepted after some time spent on the page.

@softvision-raul-bucata , I can't reproduce this one (and your image appears to be of eBay, not Baofeng). Does it actually reproduce for you?

Well, there's a loading bar on the page and nothing is clickable until its done loading.

@sv-calin: I also cannot click in Chrome while the page is loading (for instance, when I emulate a slow connection in their desktop developer tools).

Are you sure the same "cannot click while page is loading" issue isn't happening in Chrome on your end? It seems to just be the site's design. It seems fully possible that the page could get stuck in that loading state because of a slow or unstable network connection.

On Chrome I don't have that loading bar, the page is loaded instantly. Tested also on Edge and Opera, it works fine. I experience this issue only on Firefox (Release/Nightly).

@sv-calin could you maybe get a performance profile of the page loading slowly? It loads quickly for me (even over an EU VPN connection), so I don't see the loading indicator on the given URL long enough for this to be a problem on my end. Or if it's fast for you now, I guess we can close this issue as WORKSFORME.

The issue is still reproducible for me. I'm not sure why but while recording a performance profile the page loads almost instantly, like Firefox profiler would force page load. I've seen this behaviour on multiple websites when we had similiar issues.
