Video part of YouTube.com is sometimes just black. No audio and no controls. Happens after clicking a thumb on the front page and going to a video page.

We appreciate your report but I was not able to reproduce this issue. The videos are playing correctly.

Tested on:
• Browser / Version: Firefox Focus 111.0-20230309232128
• Operating System: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~402 ppi pixel density)

Suggestions:
• Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again
• If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

@sv-calin it is on a fresh install of Firefox focus with no changes whatsoever.
I’m sorry you could not reproduce and know that it is close to impossible to solve without a reproduction but the issue remains. Perhaps Firefox Focus has some default setting that removes an overlay on YouTube.com?
Or it could be the combination of Android 5.0.1 and Firefox focus 111?
