Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Site is not usable

@ralinchan can you disable any extensions (if any) and check again? The site loads for me on Firefox v113.0 without issues.

As requested, all extensions disabled:

Also for reference since there was a reply in my inbox to check Firefox's protection blocking, here's with the extensions disabled and Firefox's shield showing nothing is being blocked:

@ralinchan tested it on Windows with Firefox v113 too from my end on accenture.com/us-en and it works completely fine. If possible can you paste what output you are receiving in your browser console?

PS - When testing it on my machine I had adblocker enabled too and yet it loads fine.

Thank you for taking your time with this! Here's the console output after loading Firefox and going straight to Accenture site:

I am suddenly facing the issue too :))

Looks like an issue with their launch javascript code

Tested on Firefox v113 on Linux and Firefox Developer Edition v114. Works perfectly on Chromium-based browsers.

We appreciate your report but this is a known issue.

Closing as duplicate of #116276 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1811843

Note: I've tested on both Firefox Release and Nightly and had no issues regardless of the Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) status.

Tested on:
• Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 115.0a1 (2023-05-14) / Firefox Release 113
• Operating System: Windows 10

Create a new profile and try again.

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"
