Refactor Typos

Instead of having all of us opening an individual issue for each typo. Let's put them here.

I think "Join our Slack" should be edited as "Join our Slack channel" or "Join us on Slack".
We also have "Join us on IRC" and "Join us on our mailing list"
I think it would be more consistent.
