A Google Chrome extension which allows users to add YouTube videos to playlists, share playlists and discover new YouTube videos.
Streamus consists of a front-end client, the Google Chrome extension, a back-end server and a website. This repository contains the files for the Google Chrome extension. Please see the other repositories, StreamusServer and StreamusWebsite, to gain a full understanding of the product.
The Google Chrome extension utilizes the following libraries:

- jQuery UI (v1.10.3+) [AutoComplete and Sortable modules only]
- BackboneJS (v1.0.0+)
- RequireJS (v2.1.8+)
- UnderscoreJS (v1.5.1+)
- Jasmine (v1.5.8+) [Coming soon...]

Streamus Deploy.ps1 is used to prepare the extension for deployment to the Chrome Web Store. The first line of the powershell script should be updated with the current version of the extension. Running the powershell script will create a .zip file containing all of the relevant files. Additionally, debugging information is stripped out by the script. Manual deployment is not reccomended as there are quite a few pieces of debugging information which need to be removed.
Uploading the .zip file to the Chrome Web Store will cause the new version to be distributed to all users within an hour.
