feat: Delete the walletConnectLegacy package from the Wagmi package.

Description

The wagmi WalletconnectLegacy package seems to have passed sunset. Can't I delete it from the main package now?

If you have any other reason to keep leaving it, I would appreciate it if you could close this pull request.
