Drop data-x="" from all <code> children of <pre>

This change drops the `data-x=""` attribute+value that was included in
all `code` elements added in #3768
(a6e5462).

whatwg/wattsi#86 makes it unnecessary to use
`data-x=""` for `code` elements that are children of `pre` elements.
